THE BOOKS

Lynn's books are philosophical and spiritual in nature. Lynn started  writing after her brother passed away in 1996. After her father passed away she had even more aspiration to write and search for answers. As she wrote it brought her more and more understanding to many unanswered questions and shares her philosophy in Mastering The Battle of Belief , Navigating My Way to Spiritual Freedom and A Journey to Inner Peace.

A Journey to Inner Peace

This book is about becoming aware of what we are taught and how we live by what the majority believes which stops us from becoming peaceful and content within our self. This book is filled with new and different answers and a way to believe that helps you come to inner peace about life and death. You learn that persevering through the hard times is a time when you gain true faith. It is to be in control of your mind, body and soul in order to have peaceful thoughts, feelings and actions. When that happens you start to enjoy life again and share yourself in a loving and understanding way.

In this book Lynn explains how it took time to come away from the person she created herself to be and harmonized her mind, soul and body with what she found her spirit’s imprint to be. When she found herself still intact underneath and became her true self she found she started to live at a deeper more peaceful level and found it fulfilling and freeing to share the authenticity of herself. It’s all about experiencing who you are not in order to know who you are.

Lynn uses the atom and our physical existence as a comparable to our spiritual existence. How one experience isn’t all positive or negative but every experience is both and how much more simple life is if you look at your experiences in that way. Finding what can be positively identified because the negative element of an experience exists. Believing in the need of the existence of both positive and negative. Lynn uses the first story of our human existence which was the Adam and Eve story to point out the benefit we received by knowing both good and evil. How it is necessary to have experienced both to come to our own beliefs and mature and become eternal.
